NSW: One dead, another injured in two-car crash
A person has been killed and another injured in a two-car crash in the New South WalesSnowy region.
An Ambulance Service spokesman says crews from Cooma and Jindabyne were called to KosciuszkoRoad, 20km east of Jindabyne, just before 1pm (AEST).
On arrival, they found one person already dead, the body trapped in the wreckage.
A second was treated for minor injuries and is expected to be taken to Cooma Base Hospitalfor treatment.
A police spokesman says the cause of the crash is unknown and investigations are continuing.
Police are advising motorists to take another route or delay their journey to the area.
